Commuting Management is fully integrated with the Car Share product and works seamlessly with the Car Share web site and database. This ensures that all Car Share members' information and sharing arrangements can be administered and managed.

This management is achieved through the Commuting Management application which connects to the Car Share web site. This allows administrators to work remotely or within their organisation's office.

Management of car parking is fully supported, including printing of car park permits, support for single or multiple car parks and the allocation of parking bays. Three car parking permit models are supported, e.g. vehicle registration number based permits, parking space based permits and authorised member based permits.

An extensible range of templates is provided to produce the communications essential to running your workplace travel plan. Members’ details can be mail-merged and the communications sent as standard letters, emails or via a secure messaging facility.

A number of reports can also be produced to monitor car share take up and patterns of sharing. These reports are indispensable for the provision of trend information and measuring the success of your Travel Plan.

Optionally new member registration can be managed to ensure that they enrolled in a manner appropriate to your organisations administrative processes or to verify peoples' identity.
