This allows you to support a successful Workplace Travel Plan by providing the ability to handle a range of calls about commuting in an effective and efficient manner. Calls include questions, complaints, suggestions, concerns and ideas, which are logged and processed through to a resolution. |
The Help Desk provides extensive filtering and sorting facilities which enable the administrator to see individual call information, all the calls that are being processed, all calls that have been dealt with and the history of any individual call.
Calls can be prioritised, to ensure you deal with urgent calls promptly and the grouping feature enables calls that are about the same issue to be handled efficiently. Reports and graphs can be produced for management purposes to gain insight into the day-to-day issues affecting your Workplace Travel Plan.
